Oftentimes older floors can become damaged by pets urinating consistently in one spot of your home, typically on existing carpet. The result is that mold and fungus grow completely through the boards leaving dark spots. The sanding process will not remove these spots and the boards have to be removed. We can come into your home and remove the damaged boards and replace the boards with new and/or reclaimed wood that matches the existing floor. If your project requires it, we can do a dustless repair with our Festool equipment.
